When Greg was 12 years old, he had a neighbor who owned a jewelry shop. Greg used to visit his neighbor at his shop to keep busy and ended up learning about the jewelry. All the gold and diamonds were fascinating and intriguing to Greg. Later, Greg’s neighbor hired him to work at the jewelry shop and Greg loved it did amazing! Greg then, decided he wanted to pursue a career in jewelry.
In 1980, Greg moved to Los Angeles, and worked as a jeweler for others, selling jewelry and both retail and wholesale. Then after several years, Greg decided to start his own business in jewelry. Greg booked a business stand at the local swap meet and began selling jewelry pieces there, every week. Greg was successful selling jewelry at the swap meet, and then was able to open his own actual jewelry store, which he did in the city of Montebello in 1996. Greg was an amazing entrepreneur and jeweler. After working in Montebello, Greg wanted to open a new jewelry store at Lakewood Mall since it was a large mall and all the top jewelry brands were being sold there. So, Greg closed his Montebello shop and opened up Paseo Jewelers store in Lakewood Mall, which has been around for over 10 years now! Paseo Jewelers is a popular jewelry store in Lakewood. The store is run by Greg and his son Alex who is also a fantastic jeweler and creates some of the custom jewelry pieces. Paseo Jewelers helps residents with all their jewelry needs!
